Welcome to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Air Squadron. As a group of community-based volunteers, the Squadron assists our Sheriff’s Office in aviation transportation and cooperates in community outreach. Squadron members are active in aviation professionally and privately while fostering an awareness of law enforcement operations within the greater Sacramento area.
The Squadron is composed of both pilots and volunteers who meet monthly at the Sacramento Executive Airport headquarters. Flight missions include field visits to law enforcement and aviation sites. Monthly meetings include speakers from both aviation and law enforcement backgrounds.
Guests are welcome to attend Squadron meetings. Information regarding Squadron activities is available via a monthly Newsletter which can be accessed on this web site.
No matter what your age, you will discover great flying experiences and social activities with our group.
